~, RESOLUTION NO. 98-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE <br />PLAN REVIEW NO. 97-03 TO CONSTRUCT A <br />NEW AUTO SALES AND SERVICE FACILITY FOR <br />THE SAAB DEALERSHIP LOCATED AT 1330 <br />AUTO MALL DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1330 Auto Mall <br />Drive, within the Specific Development No. 60 zoning district, <br />also known as the Santa Ana Auto Mall; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant desires to construct sales and service <br />facilities for the new Saab car dealership; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the construction, the <br />proposed sales and service buildings must conform with the 1995 <br />California Building Code and the Specific Development No. 60 <br />Guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed site plan came before the Planning <br />Commission for review and recommendations on the Consent Calendar <br />of the January 26, 1998, meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />meeting this Commission finds and determines as follows: <br />That the site plan, as proposed, is compatible with the <br />architectural character and design criteria for styles found in <br />Specific Development No. 60 and will not be detrimental to the <br />harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of <br />investment or occupation in the Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br />2. Site Plan Review No. 97-03 is hereby approved, as <br />proposed in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />• <br />1 <br />
