RESOLUTION NO. 98-02 <br />_~AGE 1 <br />Site Plan Review No. 97-03 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br />A. Standard Conditions of Approval <br />1. The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition <br />listed below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this <br />conditional use permit. <br />2. The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions <br />listed below throughout the life of the conditional use permit. <br />Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in <br />the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />B. Planningx Division <br />1. Project landscaping is required to be maintained to the minimum <br />size and quantities of the approved plans. <br />2. No barbed wire may be visible from any public or private street. <br />3. Reciprocal access and drainage agreements between each of the <br />parcels is required prior to Phase 2 building permits. <br />4. Dust mitigation of the Phase 2 development site is required to <br />be maintained until the site is fully developed. <br />5. The streetscape and off-site areas shall be designed and <br />maintained per the approved overall landscape plan and the Auto <br />Mall Design and Development Standards. <br />6. The temporary modular office for Phase 1 shall not be on the <br />site more than 12 months past installation unless an extension <br />is granted by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
