• <br />r: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-26 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE <br />PLAN REVIEW NO. 97-02 TO CONSTRUCT A <br />NEW AUTO SERVICE BUILDING FOR THE <br />EXISTING CHRYSLER/PLYMOUTH DEALERSHIP <br />LOCATED AT 1405 AUTO MALL DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1405 Auto Mall <br />Drive, within the Specific Development No. 60 zoning district, <br />also known as the Santa Ana Auto Mall; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant desires to construct a 3,388 square <br />foot automobile service building to the existing Chrysler/Plymouth <br />automobile dealership; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the construction, the <br />proposed service building must conform with the existing <br />dealership development, the 1995 California Building Code and the <br />Specific Development No. 60 Guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed site plan came before the Planning <br />Commission for review and recommendations on the Consent Calendar <br />of the December 8, 1997, meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />meeting this Commission finds and determines as follows: <br />That the site plan, as proposed, is compatible with the <br />architectural character and design criteria for styles found in <br />Specific Development No. 60 and will not be detrimental to the <br />harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of <br />investment or occupation in the Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br />2. Site Plan Review No. 97-02 is hereby approved, as <br />proposed in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />~-~ <br />~J <br />1 <br />
