Will the propose use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code for such use? <br />The proposed Alcohol Beverage Control License will comply <br />with all regulations and conditions specified in the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code pertaining to the sale of <br />alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption upon <br />approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 97-16 as <br />conditioned. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of the <br />City? <br />The General Plan designation, General Business District <br />(GBD), permits commercial uses such as an eating <br />establishment. The proposed sale of alcoholic beverages <br />for on-premise consumption is incidental to the primary <br />food service. <br />2.
