RESOLUTION NO. 97-06 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-06 <br />Page 1 <br />r~ <br />L <br />Conditions of Aooroval <br />Neighborhood Project Review No. 97-03 is approved subject to compliance, <br />to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project must comply with the approved site plan for <br />Neighborhood Project Review No. 97-03. <br />2. The clapboard siding exposed face is to be three inches exposure <br />per the Bungalow architectural style in Heninger Park. <br />3. Provide wood cedar shingles with trim boards on all gable end <br />elevations of the residence to match garage elevations. <br />4. Provide vertical wood corner boards and wood trim around windows <br />and doors on all elevations of the residence to match garage <br />elevations. <br />5. Remove one front entrance door at the residence. <br />6. Remove one electric meter at the residence. <br />7. Remove the north curb cut and approach, repair the curb, and <br />remove the driveway. <br />8. The proposed exterior paint colors are to be consistent with the <br />colors or color combinations suggested by the Heninger Park <br />Historical District. <br />9. Prior to release of occupancy show compliance with and obtain <br />building permit for required work based on the above conditions <br />and the Single-Family Residential Development Standards and the <br />1995 edition of the California Building Code with local <br />amendments. <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
