CONSULTANT shall submit a Final Signal Timing Implementation Plan to AUTHORITY and agencies, which addresses all comments provided by AUTHORITY and agencies in the Draft Signal Timing Optimization Plan. Westminster/1 7 th Street BRT Corridor TSS Design deliverables (in part to include): C7a. All Final optimized and synchronized traffic signal timing plans in Synchro format and the preferred timing chart format of each agency, including (a) existing corridor conditions and (b) planned and programmed improvements (widening projects and intersection improvements) within the next five years (after NTP). C7b. Final Time -Space diagrams. C7c. Final Signal Timing Optimization Plan. C7d. Electronic Synchro 7.0 data files used in the Final analysis. C7e. Electronic versions of the Final analysis and all data files including the Tru — Traffic TS/PP files. 3.3.8 TASK C-8: WESTMINSTER/17TH STREET BRT CORRIDOR TSS DESIGN FINALIZATION SERVICES - PROJECT COORDINATION AND MEETINGS CONSULTANT shall develop a schedule for meetings with AUTHORITY, agencies, manufacturers, and others in order to facilitate the review/approval process of the signal synchronization along the Westminster/17th Street BRT Corridor. CONSULTANT shall attend meetings as directed by AUTHORITY and agencies to discuss specific information and requirements related to the signal synchronization along the Westminster/17th Street BRT Corridor.
