The <br />report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of September 30, 2008 there were 9,462 individuals/families on the <br />waiting list. The waiting list opened October 1, 2007 and closed <br />November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the characteristics of those <br />currently on the waiting list. <br /> <br />
