Quarterly Report For <br />Housing Choice Voucher Program: <br />July 2008 - September 2008 <br />January 5, 2009 <br />Page 4 <br />Participating families pay a portion of their monthly rent based upon <br />their income and the payment standard for their unit. The Housing <br />Authority pays the difference between the tenant portion and the <br />contract rent.
