Monthly Need Amount $95 Subtract line 3 from line 6 <br />Rental Assistance $5,700 Multiply line 7 (Monthly I\ieed} by 6fl months <br />`Adjusted gross income means the total annual income of an individual household less the following: <br />{1) a deduction of $48Q for each dependent; (2) a deduction of $4©Q for an elderly household; {3) a <br />deduction for recurring extraordinary medical expenses; defined for this purpose to mean medical <br />expenses in excess of3% oftotal income, where not compensated for, or covered by insurance or other <br />sources, (4) a deduction of reasonable amounts paid for the care of children or sick or incapacitated <br />family members when determined to be necessary to employment of the head of household or spouse, <br />except that the amount deducted shall not exceed the amount of income received by the person who <br />would not otherwise be able to seek employment in the absence of such care. <br />Last I2esart Housiuzs Payments <br />There is adequate "comparable replacement housing" available to meet the needs of the <br />Project occupants, according to the housing survey.
