FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING <br />AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR <br />PERSONS WITH AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2009 – 2010 <br />Motion: <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute the attached cooperative agreement between the City <br />of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana in the amount of $500,000 for a one-year term for the <br />implementation of the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance <br />Program, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />Executive Director and Authority General Counsel. <br />2. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute the attached cooperative agreement with AIDS Service <br />Foundation Orange County in an amount not to exceed <br />$12,000 for a one-year term to administer the wait list for the <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES 2 JUNE 1, 2009 <br /> <br />
