CONDITIONAL U88 PERMIT NO. 96-10 (Larry Yenglin) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to begin revocation proceedings for Yum Yum <br />Donuts located at 320 East Seventeenth Street. <br />AECOIY03NDATION: <br />Direct staff to begin revocation proceedings for Conditional Use Permit No. <br />96-10. <br />Mr. Larry Yenglin presented the staff report. <br />Mr. Hike McCoy indicated that the restaurant was cited three times and given <br />a deadline of September 11, 1996 to comply with the conditions of approval. <br />Representatives of Yum Yum Donuts stated that the conditions of approval had <br />been complied with but the site had not been recently inspected by staff. <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 96-10 was continued for 30 days. <br />MOTION: Mondo SECOND: Segura <br />AYES: Brown, Nalle, Oliver, Doughty, Mondo, and Segura <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Pedroza <br />O. (Robyn Uptegraff) <br />Ms. Uptegraff informed the Commission that there would be several upcoming <br />fast track items: the Wal*mart sign variance, the Discovery Science Center, <br />and Home Place shopping center. <br />H. Comments frog the Planning Manager. (Kenneth Adams) <br />Mr. Adams informed the Commission that the upcoming Planning Commission would <br />be lengthy due to the second meeting in December being canceled. <br />I. Coo~ants from the Plaaniag Coavissioa. <br />The Planning Commission thanked staff for the recent study session conducted <br />and expressed that the session was well organized and the Elements were well <br />presented. <br />J.
