COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />ROLL CALL: The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to <br />order and conducted by Vice Chairman Nalle in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Ro11 call was answered by Commissioners <br />Oliver, Doughty, Mondo, and Segura. Also in attendance were: Robyn Uptegraff, <br />Executive Director, Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager; Gary Sheat z, Deputy City <br />Attorney; Larry Yenglin, Associate Planner; Larry Yenglin, Associate Planner, Sergio <br />Rlotz, Associate Planner; Mike McCoy and Yolanda Pena, Police Department; and <br />Charles View, Acting Recording Secretary. <br />PLEDGE OF AIS.EGIANCE TO THE FLAG: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Vice Chairman <br />Nalle. <br />PROCEDURAL RULES: The procedural rules for the session were read by Vice Chairman <br />Nalle. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:00 p.m. <br />Vice Chairman Nalle informed the public that he would be recommending that the <br />Commission continue Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 96-02, General Plan Amendment No. <br />96-06, Amendment Application No. 96-06, and Amendment Application No. 96-08. <br />1. <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />3. <br />BONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 96-02, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 96-06, AND <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 96-06 (Thomas Childress) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend the General Plan land use designation <br />and change the zoning on industrial properties in three areas of the City and <br />to modify language in the Light Industrial (M1) district for administrative <br />clarification. <br />LEGAL NOTICED: August 2, 1996 <br />PUBLIC NOTICED: August 2, 1996 <br />1.
