The Public Works Agency would explore <br />measures to mitigate potential traffic impacts and staff recommends approval <br />of the request. <br />L_JI <br />Mr. Miles Leach, local resident, expressed concern regarding the project and <br />indicated that he felt the proposal would make the area lees accessible to <br />the residents. <br />Ma. Florence Leach, local resident, indicated that there was an error on the <br />map and requested staff the Commission continue the item until the map was <br />corrected. <br />Commissioner Nalle moved to approve General Plan Amendment No. 96-02 and <br />requested to make corrections on the map.
