Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 98-O1 <br />Filed by Mr. Sid Chan to allow the relocation of aSingle-Family residence to property located at 623 North <br />Fairlawn Street in the Two-Family Residential (R2) zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Kesidential Relocation No. 98-01. <br />D. SITE PLAN REVIEW NO.98-06 <br />Filed by Mr. Adolf Ohmann to allow the expansion of an existing Volkswagen/Audi dealership located at <br />1450 Auto mall Drive within the Specific Development 60 zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 98-06 as conditioned. <br />E.
