ORAL COMMUNICATIONS -COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC. <br />fFor matters not ureviously listed on the Agendal <br />There were no oral comments. <br />Comments from Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Mondo requested staff to investigate land use issues related to the purchase and loan <br />shops that had obtained pawn shop status and informed staff that the Home Depot located on <br />MacArthur Boulevard had placed an enormous amount of sale items in front of the store and the <br />items were obstructing the entrance into the facility. Mr. Adams informed the Commission that <br />' another Home Depot location was up for its annual review and it would be appropriate to have the <br />applicant remove the items before approval. In addition, Mr. Adams indicated that he would ensure <br />that enforcement actions would begin. <br />Commissioner Doughty informed staff that there was graffiti on heavy construction equipment on <br />Main Street and requested someone have it removed. <br />Chairperson Verino expressed her appreciation to Joyce Amerson for following up on the problems <br />at the McFadden Avenue crosswalk. <br />7.
