Discussion ~ <br />MacDowell SECOND: Solorio <br />Verino, MacDowell, Solorio, Mondo, and Cribb <br />None <br />Doughty and Nalle <br />None <br />If the First American site. <br />Mc Sergio Klotz, Associate Planner, displayed slides of the proposed First American site, discussed <br />the different phases of the project, pazking, landscaping, square footages of the buildings, and <br />discussed the architectural renderings. In addition, Mr. Klotz also informed the Commission that a <br />sign package for the project would be submitted separately. <br />G. Discussion of extended stay hotels. <br />Ms. Linda Hale discussed with the Commission the three proposed extended stay hotels; staffs land <br />use concerns; and issues related to the closure of the hotels. <br />H. Comments from the Executive Director. <br />There were no comments. <br />I. Comments from Planning Manager. <br />Mr. Kenneth Adams provided an update of the proposed residential homes for 2828 North Bristol. <br /> <br />J. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Solorio welcomed Commissioner Cribb to the Planning Commission; thanked staff for <br />posting signs for the afrernoon session; and asked for an update of sign and pay phone enforcement <br />activities. Ms. Uptegraff apprised the Commission that there was ongoing enforcement activity on <br />temporary signage such as A-frames and banners on Seventeenth Street. <br />Madam Chair Verino mentioned that she was pleased with the appeazance of the fire center at <br />Montgomery Wards and indicated that there was a dust pile up at a caz dealership located at Main <br />Street and Warner Avenue and requested staff to investigate code compliance. <br />K.
