GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT N0.97-04 AND AMENDMENT APPLICATION N0.97-04 <br />' Filed by the City of Santa Ana to change the zoning designation from Single-Family Residential (Rl) <br />to Open Space (O) and the General Plan designation from Low Density Residential at seven dwelling <br />units per acre (LR-7) to Open Space (O) located at 2913, 2917, 2923, 2929, 2933, and 2937 North <br />Fallbrook Drive. <br />LEGALLY NOTICED: September 7, 1997 <br />PUBLICLY NOTICID: September 10, 1997 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. <br />97-04. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. <br />97-04. <br />Mr. Marvin Ellenbecker, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Ms. Suzi Furjanic, Recreation and Community Services, provided a description of the plans for the <br />site.
