CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 96-32 (Lazry Yenglin) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to revoke Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32 allowing a rock crushing <br />and material storage facility located at 4127 West MacArthur Boulevazd in the Light Industrial (Ml) <br />zoning district. <br />(Continued by the Planning Commission June 14, 1997 to August 25, 1997) <br />LEGAL NOTICE: May 14, 1997 <br />PUBLIC NOTICED: May 15, 1997 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution revoking Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32. <br />Mr. Lazry Yenglin, Associate Planner, provided an update on the conditions of approval completed <br />by the applicant; the outstanding conditions of approval not yet completed; and staff s <br />recommendation. <br />Ms. Tamaz Stein, attorney representing the applicant, submitted pictures of the site and indicated <br />conditions completed by the applicant. In addition, she indicated that all of the landscaping had been <br />purchased and as soon as a pile of rocks were removed the remaining landscaping would be <br />completed. She also displayed pictures of the purchased trailer and stated as soon as all permits were <br />pulled, the ramp would be completed and the trailer would be fully installed. <br />Mr. Steven Maesk, referenced his letter and indicated that he was available for questions regazding <br />the asbestos issue. <br />The Commission requested staff to identify the outstanding conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Yenglin stated that the landscaping had not been completed, the Garry Avenue landscaping and <br />wrought iron fence installations had not begun, the surface drainage had not been completed per the <br />approved plan, permits for the trailer had not been issued, and there was no evidence that the wheel <br />washer had been installed. <br />PIANNING COMANSSION MINUTES 4 BEPCEMBBR 8, 1997 <br />
