CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 96-32 (Larry Yenglin) <br />Six month review of Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32 far the rock crushing and material storage <br />facility located at 4127 West MacArthur Boulevard in the Industrial (Ml) zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the six month review of Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32. <br />Mr. Yenglin, presented the staff report and staff recommendation. <br />Ms. Lilly Chinn, representing the applicant, displayed pictures of the site and discussed with the <br />Commission the conditions of approval that the applicant believed were completed.
