Discussion of appurtenances, pav phones on walk-ways and buildings. <br />(Bill Apple) <br />Due to time constraints, no discussion took place. <br />H. Commeats from the Executive Director. (Robyn Uptegraff) <br />There were no comments. <br />I. Comments from the Planning Manager. (Kenneth Adams) <br />Mr. Adams informed the Commission that due to the length of the upcoming <br />Planning Commission agendas he would like to begin the next two meetings at <br />5:00 p.m. <br />The request was unanimously granted by the Commission. <br />J. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Doughty requested the status regarding: 1) the PUB location on <br />Seventeenth Street; 2) 2828 North Bristol Street; and 3) the E1 Comal site on <br />Seventeenth Street. <br />Ms. Uptegraff indicated that there were ongoing disputes regarding the <br />property line at the PUS site; there had been no change in the status for <br />2828 North Bristol Street; and staff was continuing to work with the owner of <br />the E1 Coma1 restaurant. <br />R.
