<br />The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to order by
<br />Chairman Na11e at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Room 147, located at 22
<br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Other Commissioners present included:
<br />Oliver, Mondo, Verino, MacDOwe11, Hanna, and Doughty arrived at 6:07. Also in
<br />attendance were: Robyn Uptegr off, Executive Director; Kenneth Adams, Planning
<br />Manager; Gary Sheatz, Deputy City Attorney; Charles View, Senior Planner; Linda
<br />Hale, Senior Planner; Jeffry Rice, Senior Planner; Thomas Childress, Associate

<br />Filed by MDO to allow a Type 47 Alcoholic Beverage Control License in order
<br />to sale beer, wine, and distilled spirits at the Applebee's Neighborhood
<br />Grill and Bar located at 2515 North Main Street in the Professional (P)
<br />zoning district.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Confirm the action of the Zoning Administrator approving Conditional Use
<br />Permit No. 97-08 as conditioned and adopt the findings as submitted by staff.
<br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 96-15 (Sergio Klotz)
<br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to rezone property generally bounded by Dorman
<br />Street, Fairmont Street, and Lincoln Avenue from Two-Family Residences (R2)
<br />to Single-Family Residence (R1). Properties affected: 806, 810, 902, 906,
<br />910, 914, 1002, 1006, 1010, 1014, and 1018 East Darman Street; 1503, 1507,
