Ms. Ann Ni, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation; and requested modifications to the conditions of approval . Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing at 7:43 p.m. Mr. Ron Busante, representing WF Construction, spoke in support of the project and stated that he had no objections to the conditions of approval.
