Discussion of Housing Element. <br />Ms. Maya DeRosa, Senior Planner, provided a powerpoint presentation and discussed <br />the policies, issues, adoption process, and the issues concerning the REHNA appeal. <br />The following public persons commented that they were in attendance observing the <br />discussion and did not have any comments: <br />Almando Aguilar <br />Victor Zaragoza <br />Debbie McKewen <br />Mr. Glen Stroud expressed his concern regarding the low income housing requirements, <br />the maintenance of the housing; and that he was interested in seeing why the State <br />believed the housing was needed in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />F.
