ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.00-11 AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. <br />00-03. <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend Chapter 36, to create Section 415.5 and amend <br />Chapter 41, Sections 33, 192.2Q), and 607(h) to establish standards for commercial <br />vehicles and parking regulations for commercial vehicles in residential areas citywide. <br />(Continued by the Planning Commission October 23, 2000 to November 13, 2000) <br /> <br />PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: October 13, 2000 <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance approving Ordinance Amendment No. 00-03. <br />4. Direct the Executive Director of Public Works to amend the permit parking policy <br />such that permits are only issued to vehicles registered to a qualifying address. <br />Mr. Joseph Edwards, Case Planner, provided an overview of the proposed ordinance and <br />staff recommendation. <br />Ms. Sharon M.
