RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 00-20 as conditioned. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 00-02. <br />Mr. Bill Apple, Associate Planner, presented a power point display of the proposed <br />project, staff report, and recommendation. <br />Commissioner Nalle noted that there was a potential conflict of interest and indicated that <br />he would need to abstain from the review and action of the project. <br />Due to a lack of quorum, the item was continued to November 13, 2000. <br />3.
