Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Cribb <br />• Residential development <br />• Requested a study session to consider banning aluminum windows on <br />neighborhood in-fill projects. <br />Commissioner Verino <br />• Reported graffiti at Westwood and Seventeenth Street. <br />Commissioner Doughty <br />• Inquired regarding the palm trees on south Bristol. <br />• Reported shopping carts Bristol and Main Streets. <br />Commissioner Mondo <br />• Requested a cost benefit analysis of the tree removal program on Bristol <br />Street, if not done already by staff. <br />• Commented that his recommendations from the tour of the Civic Center areas <br />as to: increase funding for improvements; encourage City Council to <br />communicate and emphasize to the County that improvements were <br />essential; and that the Parks and Recreation Agency rush to correct the small <br />problems to the civic center area. <br />9. Excuse of absences. <br />Commissioner Doughty moved to excuse the absence of Commissioner Richardson. <br />Commissioner Cribb seconded the motion and the motion unanimously passed. <br />10.
