Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />' Commissioner Cribb <br />• Inquired as to the status of the South Bristol issues. Mr. Jeffry Rice, Principal <br />Planner informed the Commission that staff would be presenting the South <br />Bristol project in the fall. <br />• Commented that he would like to have some future projects include water <br />elements. <br />Commissioner Solorio <br />• Inquired as to the status of the Delhi and Orange County High School of <br />Performing Arts. Mr. Jeffry Rice, Principal Planner, informed the Commission <br />that staff would be providing a presentation on the Delhi project at the next <br />Commission meeting, however, the project was still undergoing revisions. Mr. <br />Charles View, Community Development Agency, apprised the Commission <br />that the High School was continuing to progress and anticipated opening the <br />campus on September 7, 2000 and would be conducting tours on September <br />5, 2000 of the facility. <br />Commissioner Nalle <br />• Inquired if seismic work would be done at the Christian Science Center. Mr. <br />View indicated that there would not be any seismic work. <br />Commissioner Verino <br />• Reported that the residents on Flower Street had been given parking permits <br />however, they believed that they would be exempt and asked how staff <br />would enforce the restrictions. Ms. Joyce Amerson, Public Works Agency, <br />stated that she would verify the issues concerning the parking permits. <br />Commissioner Doughty <br />6 <br />
