Johnson, Commission Secretary <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mr. Jeffry Rice, Principal Planner noted that Conditional Use Permit No. 00-11 should have <br />been reflected as a Consent Calendar item and he informed the Commission that staff <br />would like to request a continuance of the Appeal of the Planning Manager's Decision No. <br />00-07. <br />A. Approval of the Minutes from the regular meeting of July 24, 2000. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes from the meeting of July 24, 2000. <br />B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.00-11 <br />Filed by Mr. Michael Cho to upgrade a Type 41 Alcohol Beverage Control License to a <br />Type 47 in order to sell beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-premise consumption at the <br />Emerald Bay restaurant located at 5015 West Edinger Avenue, Suite V. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 00-11 as <br />conditioned. <br />CI <br />C. APPEAL OF THE PLANNING MANAGER'S DECISION NO.00-07 <br />Filed by Mr. Thomas Childress to appeal the Planning Manager's decision to requiring a <br />lot consolidation to permit the construction of a new food court located at 1204 South <br />Bristol Street. <br />(Continued by the Planning Commission July 24, 2000 to August 14, 2000) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />2 <br />
