6. Comments from staff. <br />Mr. Jeffry Rice informed the Commission that staff distributed a memo providing an <br />update on All Variety Metal and that staff would be beginning revocation <br />proceedings for the conditional use permit. <br />7. Comments from the Assistant City Attorney. <br />' There were no comments. <br />8. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Richardson expressed his appreciation and praise to Ms. Uptegraff <br />and wished her well in her new employment opportunity. <br />Commissioner Cribb expressed his thanks to Ms. Uptegraff for being an ally for <br />accomplishing the City's goals and praised her for all of her hard work. <br />Commissioner Nalle expressed that he was proud of Ms. Uptegraff and praised her <br />for her work efforts throughout the past years. <br />Commissioner Verino expressed her appreciation to Ms. Uptegraff and thanked her <br />for being a mentor for the past years. <br />Commissioner Doughty expressed her appreciation to Ms. Uptegraff and stated that <br />it had been a privilege to work with her over the years; and she reported graffiti in <br />the alley between Parton and Ross at Seventeenth Street. <br />' Commissioner Mondo expressed his appreciation and thanks to Ms. Uptegraff for all <br />of her work efforts and accomplishments for the past 10 years and wished her well <br />at her new employment and stated that she would be deeply missed. <br />9. Excuse of absences. <br />There were no absences. <br />10.
