Recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. <br />99-10. <br />Mr. Joseph Edwards presented the staff report and highlighted that staff had provided additional written <br />correspondence to the property owners affected by the rezoning and that staff was recommending that <br />medical uses be a permitted use in the South Main Commercial District. <br />
