Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-16 as conditioned. <br />2. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 99-99. <br />Mr. Jeffry Rice, Principal Planner, displayed pictures of the Veteran's Charity, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />Mr. Ed Hall, representing Veteran's Charity, spoke in support of the project and informed the Commission of <br />concerns regarding the conditions of approval related to: 1) the number of beds being allowed; 2) sidewalk <br />improvements; 3) overhead utilities; 4) limiting the evening meetings to 10 per month; 5) prohibiting exterior <br />payphones on the site; and 6) the requirement to have a 24 hour security guard at the site.
