Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-09 as conditioned. 2. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 98-126. Mr. Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, informed the Commission that the case had been continued to allow staff, the applicant, and the residents to have a meeting in order to provide an overview of the project and to address any concerns raised at the previous meeting. Mr. Fregoso apprised the Commission that the meeting had been held and that the local residents had no objections to the project. Commissioner Cribb inquired as to any expressed concerns regarding the proposed landscaping for the site. Mr. Fregoso stated that the landscaping was not an issue of the residents. Mr. John Laza, local resident, expressed concern regarding the area being zone residential with so many industrial uses in the area and expressed his displeasure with staff allowing Mr. Sam Romero to be the ' spokes person for the local residents.
