Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-09 as conditioned. <br />2. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 98-126. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, informed the Commission that the case had been continued to allow <br />staff, the applicant, and the residents to have a meeting in order to provide an overview of the project and to <br />address any concerns raised at the previous meeting.
