Approval of the Minutes from the special meeting of February 22, 1999. <br />TION: <br />Approve the minutes from the special meeting of February 22, 1999. <br />B. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 99-03 <br />Filed by Mr. Michael Anthony Tellez, Sr. to allow a Type 41 Alcohol Beverage Control License in order to <br />sell beer and wine for on-premise consumption located at 2401 South Fairview in the Planned Shopping <br />Center (C4) zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-03 as conditioned. <br />**** END OF CONSENT **** <br />Motion to approve Consent Calendar items. <br />MOTION: Solorio SECONDED: Nalle <br />AYES: Verino, Nalle, Doughty, Solorio and Richazdson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mondo and Cribb <br />ABSTAINED: None <br />D. Discussion of the requirements for conditional use permits for -B suffix property. <br />Mr. Joseph Edwazds displayed slides of properties located on Seventeenth Street, Cypress, McFadden, and <br />Main Street and discussed development standards for parking lots including with the Commission areas in <br />the City with -B suffix zoning designations. In addition, staff and the Commission discussed lighting issues, <br />vehicle circulation concerns, landscaping and site drainage; and the feasibility of conditional use permits for <br />-B suffix properties. <br />E.
