Approval of the Minutes from the special meeting of Januazy 25, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes from the special meeting of January 25, 1999. <br />B. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMTT NO. 99-O1 <br />Filed by Gypsy Den Restaurant to allow a Type 41 Alcohol Beverage Control License in order to sell beer <br />and wine for on-premise consumption located at 125 North Broadway in the Central Business/Artist Village <br />(C3/A) zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-O1 as conditioned. <br />D. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 99-O1 <br />Filed by the Ciry of Santa Ana to require conditional use permits to establish check-cashing facilities in the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Continue Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 99-O1 indefinitely. <br />**** END OF CONSENT **** <br />Commissioner Cribb removed item C.
