Comments from the Planning Manager and Staff. <br />There were no comments. <br />d• Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />' Commissioner Doughty requested that: 1) staff investigate asingle-family residence located next to her <br />office located at 1707 North Olive Street; she stated that water was dispensing from the laundry azea out of <br />the window into the backyazd; and 2) requested that staff prepaze a request to City Council to reinstate <br />dinner for the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Solorio thanked staff for the memo regarding the Capital Improvement Program for the 1999- <br />2000 year and requested that funds be allocated for the 200-300 block of East Adams. He stated that every <br />yeaz the residential block gets flooded and he believed the City should repair the problem. <br />Commissioner Cribb requested that staff verify that the traffic signals were functioning correctly at Main <br />and Edgewood. Ms. Amerson indicated that she would contact the appropriate staff and apprise the <br />Commission at the next scheduled meeting. <br />Commissioner Richazdson informed staff that illegal signage and banners were located at 1400 South Main <br />Street and at the southwest corner of McFadden and Flower and requested that staff begin enforcement. <br />Commissioner Verino informed staff that there had been an increase in graffiti and requested that staff <br />remove the graffiti located at Flower south of Wazner. <br />K. Excuse of absences. <br />Commissioner Doughty moved to excuse the absence of Commissioner Nalle.
