Noted that in July staff will bring the specific plan and agreements to the Planning <br />Commission, Redevelopment Agency and City Council for approval. <br />Ms. Nelson added that staff focused efforts on targeting key entry-ways into the City <br />noting Santa Ana Boulevard as a primary area. Staff saw as a unique opportunity and <br />sought out The Olson Company, which has cornered the market on in-fill housing, and <br />toured their other projects. <br />Discussion ensued on the surrounding apartments, The Olson Co. projects in various <br />' cities, amount spent to date acquiring properties, and the requirement for the Agency to <br />provide replacement housing for those displaced by the Bristol Street Widening and the <br />McFadden Realignment Project. <br />Mr. Rice announced Laura Johnson as the new Planning Commission Secretary; and Ms. <br />Nelson announced Charles View as the new Planning Manager. <br />F.
