RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />Approve and certify the Mitigated Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 00-103. <br />' 2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-14 as <br />conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2001-03 as conditioned. <br />Sergio Klotz, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br />Mr. Roy Herbolt, Architect, introduced Joe Ryan of Bank of America, spoke in <br />support of the project. <br />Chairman Mondo closed the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br />Sergio Klotz noted the need to add condition to conditional use permit and <br />variance that states that the Zoning Ordinance Amendment needs to be <br />approved prior to adoption of the conditional use permit and variance. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council: 1) approve and certify the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program for <br />Environmenta!
