Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 2001-24. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 16187 as conditioned. <br />Lynnette Perry, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />Vice Chairman Nalle declared a conflict of interest on Item 3, indicating abstention and <br />left the meeting for this item. <br />Chairman Mondo announced documents received: Letters of support from <br />Robert V. Gauthier and Kathy Faught; letter of concern on project and effects on <br />neighborhood by Gail Farber; and letters to request continuance from Gorton <br />Itow of Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) apd John B.
