Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2001-02. Ms. Lynnette Perry, Associate Planner, provided an overview of the applicant's request and presented the staff report and recommendation. Mr. Robert Sundstrom, Applicant, provided comments in support of the project. Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. There were no public comments. Chairman Mondo closed the public hearing at 7:16 p.m. Motion to recommend that the City Councii: 1) approve and adopt the Negative Deciaration for Environmentai Review No. 00-189; and 2) adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Amendment No. 2001-02.
