hsup'};J:, ? , <br />WoRk fr <br />E 77t <br />TF JAN 2 6 2011 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2010-166-01 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on December 13 2010 <br />r1 <br />C ,,- <br />C <br />c? <br />by and between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation <br />(hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2010-166, dated September 8, 2010, <br />hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security <br />training and exercise programs. <br />6> B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br /><J C-1 I amend the Scope of Services to provide additional workshops and training exercises. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A, as set forth <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ATTEST: <br />OS2_ <br />MARIA D.
