13. Provide controller/evaluator and SIMCELL training describing the <br />roles and responsibilities of exercise controllers, evaluators, and/or <br />simulators. <br />14. Prepare and submit a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise <br />completion. Final AAR will be delivered no later than 60 days after <br />exercise completion. <br />15. Provide 10 vests to identify exercise controllers, 10 vests to identify <br />exercise evaluators, and up to 350 badges to identify exercise <br />participants, evaluators, controllers, and observers. <br />16. Assist with controller and evaluator training by providing a <br />Controller/Evaluator Briefing. <br />17. Debrief and record notes from the exercise controllers and evaluators <br />prior to exercise completion. <br />18. Prepare 10 hard copies and 2 CD-ROM copies of the report. <br />19.
