Incident Command System/NIMS/SEMS/JIS/JIC <br />Willdan will provide two instructors, 40 student manuals and audio/visual equipment <br />necessary to conduct the class. Willdan requests the use of a Santa Ana PD <br />classroom to conduct the class. This course can accommodate up to 40 students <br />and will be delivered once. <br />Cost: $14,090.00 <br />J. HazSWAT: Training for Law Enforcement Tactical Operators. This course is <br />compliant with national standards and federal regulations. Willdan will provide <br />instructors, coordinate all logistical requirements, and provide all course materials. <br />This course is 40 hours in length and can support up to 20 participants. <br />Cost: These courses will be delivered upon request at a price to be determined. <br />K. Emergency Response to Explosive Events: Specialist course for Hazardous <br />Device Technicians. This training course is intended to prepare certified hazardous <br />device technicians directed at CBRNE IED devices. The course utilized advanced <br />digital x-ray, render safe procedures and disruption of over 50 devices. Willdan will <br />provide instructors, coordinate logistical requirements and provide all course <br />materials. This course is 40 hours in length and can support up to 20 participants. <br />Cost: These courses will be delivered upon request at a price to be determined. <br />L. Other HazMat courses as required/requested. Upon request, Willdan will provide <br />other courses focused on Hazardous Materials response. Willdan will provide <br />instructors, coordinate logistical requirements and provide all course materials for <br />additional courses requested by the ASAUA. Depending on the courses requested, <br />the length, number of deliveries, and number of participants for each course will <br />vary. <br />Cost: These courses will be delivered upon request at a price to be determined. <br />M. City of Tustin Emergency Operations Plan Revision Workshop. Willdan <br />Homeland Solutions will provide the staff necessary to conduct an emergency <br />operations plan (EOP) revision workshop for the City of Tustin (the City). Moreover, <br />Willdan staff will conduct the pre- and post- planning meetings necessary to conduct <br />the workshop and follow on meetings to clarify the information collected during the <br />exercise. The information gathered during the planning meetings and workshop will <br />be used to revise the City's EOP, which will serve as the final deliverable under this <br />project. The EOP revisions will be compliant with FEMA CPG-101 and Cal LEA <br />standards and compliancy. WHS is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all <br />ASAUA HSEEP Year 1 Page 8
