Associate Planner Soboleske provided an update of the <br />work done to the property. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding exterior modifications to the Twist <br />Basler building. Commissioner Chinn recommended asub-committee to evaluate <br />the completed work and also requested a copy of the resolution submitted to City <br />Council by the Historic Resources Commission regarding One Broadway Plaza <br />for review. <br /> <br />MOTION: Create Ad Hoc Committee to review the original resolution; <br />Commissioners Dickman, Chinn and O'Callaghan were elected as <br />committee members to work with staff (Fregoso and Soboleske). <br />Principal Planner Fregoso will obtain copy of mitigation measures <br />and development agreement for Committee review.
