Historic Resources Commission Comments <br />Commissioner Stroud <br />• Commented on adoption of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program <br />Mortgage Assistance Program by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />on November 4, 2008. Chief Assistant City Attorney Kaufman stated that <br />the identified homes were foreclosed or in the foreclosure process. <br />Commissioner Stroud suggested that a priority listing for those selected <br />for this process should be veterans, residents that live/work in the <br />community, and disabled workers in the City. He urged the commissioners <br />to contact the appropriate staff personnel with recommendations. <br />Commissioner Chinn <br />• Commented on the "Paint Your Heart Out" project in the Wilshire Square <br />Neighborhood and encouraged volunteers. <br />• Thanked staff for the tour of the Twist Basler House. <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan recommended a study session regarding stucco <br />finishes and congratulated City officials that were re-elected. <br />Commissioner Bustamante thanked staff for the tour of the Twist Basler <br />House and congratulated City officials that were re-elected. <br />Chair Dickman thanked staff for the Ranch House presentation and would like <br />a study session regarding stucco finishes. <br />Commission Minutes 9 November 6, 2008 <br />
