F. <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with Alejo O. Velarde for the structure at 1110 South Birch Street (R. Lewis House). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />' Council to execute the attached agreement with Alejo O. Velarde, Jr. for the <br />structure at 1110 South Birch Street, subject to non-substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />MOTION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Alejo O. Velarde, Jr. for the <br />structure at 1110 South Birch Street, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />MOTION: Bustamante <br />' Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with Jose L. Partida for the structure at 1132-1134 West Fifth Street (Rumsey <br />Hause). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Jose L. Partida for the structure at <br />1132-1134 West Fifth Street, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan noted it appeared all the windows had been replaced with <br />vinyl.
