HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2008-07 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation <br />agreement with Yvonne N. Naranjo for the structure at 1108 North French Street <br />(Bishop House). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Yvonne N. Naranjo for the <br />structure at 1108 North French Street, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske provided the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Yvonne N.
