Martinez, Rocio Rendon, and Roberta Rendon for the <br />structure at 1121 South Van Ness Street (Woodfill House). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City manager and clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Michael r. Martinez, Rocio <br />Rendon and Roberta Rendon for the structure at 1121 South Van Ness Street, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />E. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2008-01 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation <br />agreement with Siegle Family Trust dated August 12, 1992 for the structure at <br />2046 North Flower Street (E. COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (Regarding Agendized <br />Pro'ects <br />Commissioner Seeiey abstained from voting on Item D - 1121 South Van Ness <br />Street. <br />WORK STUDY SESSION <br />F. HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE <br />Associate Planner Melanie McCann provided an overview of the Housing <br />Element Program. A handout was provided highlighting the status of existing <br />Implementation Actions of the Housing Element as it relates to preserving historic <br />homes and other structures in Santa Ana. <br />' Commissioners Dickman, O'Callaghan, and Chinn were appointed to the Ad Hoc <br />Committee to review Historic Commission's recommendations to the Housing <br />Element.
