DISCUSSION OF TWIST-BASLER HOUSE <br />Senior Planner Vince Fregoso provided an overview of the Twist Basler House. <br />He provided information regarding the approval for the relocation and the <br />dismantle permit. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the relocation bond, insurance for the <br />property, restoration of original windows and doors, clarification of bond default <br />and a plan to secure all openings of the structure at all times. <br />Commission requested a monthly summary report to ensure structure is secured <br />properly, ventilated and completely enclosed from the elements. <br /> <br />C.
