Hart, Dr. Quynh Kieu and <br />Richard Dodd. <br />~I~ <br />Richard Dodd spoke in support of the project. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the original material for coping and <br />cornice detail and subsequent appropriateness of this modification. <br />Dr. Quynh Kieu spoke in support of the project and provided pictorial <br />documentation regarding the Art Deco styled architecture. <br />Sandra De Angelis spoke in support of the project. <br />SAPPHOS Environmental Consultant Leslie Heumann expanded on her 31 years <br />cultural resources background as an independent consultant.
