Excuse of Absences <br />MOTION: Excuse the absences of Commissioners Bustamante, Chinn, <br />Schaefer and Seeley. <br />Motion failed due to lack of vote. <br />' Commission discussion ensued regarding excused absences. <br />SUBTITUTE MOTION: <br />Commissioner Mill motioned to excuse the absences of Commissioners Chinn, <br />Schaefer, and Seeley and accept an unexcused absence for Commissioner <br />Bustamante. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Stroud and <br />unanimously approved by the Commission. <br />Hally Soboleske announced the cancellation of the July 5, 2007 meeting. <br />7.
